Are we able to accept valuations that have already been done on the security? This would depend on whether the valuers are on our panel and how old the valuation is. If the valuer is not on our panel, we would require a new valuation to be done on the security. If the valuation is more than 3 months old, we would require a re-assignment or a new valuation.
What sort of property would Propex take as security for our loan products? Residential, Commercial, Rural-residential, Rural-commercial and Vacant land.
