ProPex can provide services and finance that suit your needs. If you have defaults listed on your bank statements for reasons that are out of your control, ProPex can put you into a short term loan and wipe out the bank debts. You can then go and apply for a new loan with a CLEAR bank record.

If instead you have unpaid defaults listed on your credit (CRAA), we can clear out your defaults without touching your first mortgage. You may then refinance with paid defaults letting you choose from wider range of financial institutions and obtain a better rate of interest.

If you already have a great first mortgage in place and do not wish to touch that loan, we can assist you in securing a second mortgage from a month to a year. This way, you get to keep your low rate of interest on your first mortgage AND get more money to help with your business! We can settle the second mortgage in 3 working days.

Second Mortgages:

Provides extra funds without affecting the first mortgage. 85% LVR in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane. Secured loan from 6-24 months. This product may be suitable for clients who are happy with their current 1st mortgage interest rate, and need funds for 6-12 months to tie them over.

Non Conforming Business or Investment Loans:

Your credit impairment does not affect your ability to access funds for debt consolidation, refinancing or purchasing a new property. 105% LVR for purchase or 95% LVR Lo doc.

Commercial Leasing on all Assets:

Maximum preferred term is 24 months. Available for asset purchase or lease back for working with capital requirements. Lease back software or spoons and forks. If you cant get a personal loan, do a leaseback.

Personal Loans:

Provides access to funds for a new holiday, car or renovation. 3 paid credit defaults are fine with borrowings up to 15,000.

Short term 2nd mortgage product:

Quick/Rapid loans settled for when you needed the money yesterday. We offer private investor short-term funds (also known as bridging funds) for a period of 1-3 months secured via a caveat against real estate. The main attractive feature is that we can settle within 3 working days and interest rates starts at 3% per month.
